Ê This appeals to me. Continues to be slow on the download, but you probably know that already. There are so many things about this that are right, I won't list them all. I really like the color scheme and I like the windmill pointing to the text. It also makes a nice frame around the text and communicates so much to me in terms of key symbols for farming and agriculture.

Ê hate to say this, but this has lost appeal to me. If there was a lot less text and the pic, it may be better.

Ê The rollover takes up way to much space and too much text. It might be a concept for leading into a story or photo essay. Maybe what we end up with is two kinds of splash pages (maybe we can find different terms) This may be an introductory page or an entry page or something that leads us into a story or piece that will be highly visual, not hard news or the like. Thoughts?

Ê What if we lost the huge line down the middle of the page, but had some other tools to move us through the various thumbnails?

Ê Wow. Now you have my attention. This speaks directly to the idea of storytelling. This has huge potential. Since I am not familiar with the content, maybe joe could give you some feed back on order, size, presence. This is a mix of photopage and photoessay. The various pic can be presented as a total idea and as individual ideas.
